  1. In a pan add butter and oil. Oil is heat add cumin, bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, dry red chilli, garlic paste, green chilli paste, ginger paste.

  3. After 2-3 minutes add cashew melon seed paste and add 2-3 tbsp water and mix it.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes and add spinach puree, Turmeric, salt to taste, cream, sugar, garam masala and curd.
