- 1 tbsp Coriander seeds
- 1/2 tsp asafoetida
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- as per taste Salt
- For Stuffing:-
- 1 bowl finely chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup grated cow's paneer
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1 tomato finely chopped
- 1 big onion finely chopped
- 2 green chillies chopped
- 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp kitchen king masala
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup green capsicum finely chopped
- as per taste Salt

- Drain water from moogdal and grind like suji consistency add saunf,coriander seeds and salt in final round of mixer grinder.
- Add asafoetida & chilli flakes in dosa batter and mix well. Heat butter in a pan add onion, garlic and green Chilli and cook for a while add capsicum saute it and spinach, tomatoes, salt and kitchen king masala and mix well,add paneer and saute for a while turn off gas.
