  25. 1/2 tsp vinegar
  26. Salt as per taste
  27. 1 tsp sugar
  28. 1 tbsp ketchup

Steps to make to make Healthy aata Momos

  1. Knead soft dough with wheat flour by adding salt and water as required. Keep rest for 30 minutes by covering it with samp cloth.
  2. Prepare stuffing by heating oil in pan add asofoetida, cumin seeds, garlic ginger, chilli, onion saute for 5 minutes now add cabbage,salt, soya sauce, vinegar, black pepper powder, coriander. Cook for 5 minutes. Do not over cook.
  3. Paneer stuffing : prepare same way as cabbage filling. Replace cabbage with paneer.
  4. For making chutney in a bowl add red chilli and tomato microwave it for 3 minutes.
  5. Grind it in mixer. Now heat oil add this paste and cook for about 5-7 minutes. Then add all ingredients of chutney and mix well. Chutney is ready.
  6. Divide the dough in small small balls. Roll it in thin small puris fill with cabbage stuffing and paneer stuffing seperately & shape them like momos by folding in small pleats.
  7. Steam in steamer for 10 minutes. I don't have steamer so I used idli cooker. Momos are ready.Now serve hot with spicy chutney
