- Soak Dal for 2-hrs. Grind soaked dal,chilli, ginger, garlic, salt, asafoetida, shania seeds, saunf & little water if needed into fine suji type little thick batter in mixer grinder.
- Prepare stuffing by mixing chopped onion, capsicum, grated paneer, cheese and adding chilli flakes, herbs& salt as per taste in a bowl and keep ready.
