Apply oil in the cutlet both the sides. If you apply oil the cutlet will not stick to the basket. Bake for 180 degre C for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes. Check it if it is done. Transfer to the serving plate. Sprinkle roasted oats and garnish with few broken cashew nuts.
  5. Immediately serve...................hot............oats cutlet with mint chutney or sauce......................
